These terms govern your use of Lucy 101. Please read them before registering or placing any bets. They are written to be clear and straightforward — no unnecessary legal jargon where plain language will do.

If you already have an account on Lucy 101 and accidentally create a second one, contact support immediately. Proactive disclosure will be taken into account. Players found deliberately operating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions will have all accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
You must register using your real full name, a valid mobile number registered in your name, and an active email address. Lucy 101 will use these details for account verification, withdrawal processing, and communication. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
Lucy 101 may request identity verification documents at any point — particularly before processing a withdrawal above a specified threshold, or if unusual account activity is detected. Accepted documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Lucy 101 login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication method linked to your account. You must not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
Lucy 101 staff will never ask for your password. If anyone contacts you claiming to represent Lucy 101 and requests your password, do not comply and report the contact to support immediately.
If you suspect your Lucy 101 account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at support@lucy101.app. We can lock your account within minutes while the situation is investigated.
Any activity carried out through your account — bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have previously reported a security breach to Lucy 101. We cannot be held liable for losses arising from the sharing of your login details, whether intentional or otherwise.
Lucy 101 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-denominated payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All payment methods used must be registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments — deposits from or withdrawals to accounts held by someone other than the registered player — are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount on Lucy 101 is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and are outlined in the VIP Club terms. Standard accounts have a maximum daily withdrawal of Rs 50,000. VIP tier limits are higher and increase with tier level.
Lucy 101 targets the following processing times for verified accounts: VIP Gold and above — 15 minutes to mobile wallet; Standard accounts — same business day for requests made before 8 PM PST, next business day for requests made after. These are targets, not guaranteed times, and may be affected by payment provider delays outside our control.
All transactions on Lucy 101 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your wallet. The amount displayed in your wallet is the amount that will be withdrawn to your payment method, minus any applicable withdrawal fees which are disclosed before you confirm the transaction.
If a deposit is declined by your payment provider, contact your bank or mobile wallet before contacting Lucy 101 support, as most declines are initiated by the payment provider rather than by us. If funds have left your account but have not appeared in your Lucy 101 wallet within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Lucy 101 offers various bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and tournament prize pools. Each bonus or promotion has specific terms that are published alongside the offer. By claiming a bonus on Lucy 101, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
Most deposit bonuses on Lucy 101 carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be bet before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means you must wager ten times the bonus amount). Only eligible game types contribute to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%; slots contribute varying amounts depending on the game; live table games and baccarat may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Lucy 101 monitors bonus activity to identify patterns inconsistent with genuine play. Using bonuses in a calculated manner designed purely to minimise risk and extract value — commonly known as bonus abuse — is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: betting on all outcomes of a match, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or applying a bonus to low-risk betting strategies that do not reflect normal play patterns. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be restricted from future promotions.
Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your Lucy 101 wallet. When you place a bet with a mixed balance, real money is used first unless the platform specifies otherwise for a particular promotion.
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will be removed from your account automatically. Lucy 101 does not extend bonus validity periods under normal circumstances.
All sports bets on Lucy 101 are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body for that sport. In cricket, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and ICC results are the reference standard. In football, the relevant league or competition's official result stands. In cases of score disputes, the governing body's official result takes precedence over any unofficial source.
Bets are accepted up to the moment a market closes or a match begins. In-play bets are accepted during live matches, but markets may suspend temporarily around set pieces, wickets, or other significant events — this is normal and not an error. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation from Lucy 101. If no confirmation is received, the bet has not been accepted.
Maximum single-bet winnings on Lucy 101 are Rs 20,00,000 per event for sports betting. For accumulator bets, the maximum payout is Rs 50,00,000. Casino single-game session winnings are subject to game-specific limits disclosed in the game information panel. Lucy 101 reserves the right to apply maximum winnings limits at its discretion.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned if: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum playing time required for settlement; a market is opened or settled in error; an obvious pricing error occurred at the time of placing the bet; or the event result is officially revised after initial settlement. Voided bets are returned to your wallet as real money.
All casino games and Ludo matches on Lucy 101 use certified random number generation. Results are determined by the RNG at the moment of the game event — a roll, a card deal, a spin — and cannot be influenced by any external factor. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that results in an incorrect price, odds, payout, or game outcome being displayed or applied, Lucy 101 reserves the right to void the affected bets or games and return stakes to the player's wallet.
Obvious pricing errors — where the published odds are clearly inconsistent with the true market price (for example, a strongly favoured team listed at 10/1 to win) — will be voided even if the bet was placed and initially confirmed. Lucy 101 is not obligated to honour bets placed on erroneously published odds.
If a game session is interrupted due to a network disconnection on the player's side, the game outcome that was determined at the moment of disconnection will stand and be settled normally. Lucy 101 is not responsible for losses arising from the player's internet connection quality.
Lucy 101 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; verification failure; failure to comply with a documentation request; or unusual account activity that warrants investigation.
During a suspension, access to the account is restricted and withdrawals are paused pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any held funds released. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
You may close your Lucy 101 account at any time by contacting support@lucy101.app. Before closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method subject to the standard withdrawal process. Accounts cannot be closed while a withdrawal is pending or a verification investigation is in progress.
If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion tool in your account settings or contact support directly, as this triggers additional protective measures that a standard account closure does not.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Lucy 101 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should close your account before the effective date.
The version of the Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises is the version that governs that dispute, not any subsequent version.
